A little bland, added different cheeses and seasoning. It was better but probably won’t make again.

Super yum! I cheated with rinsed, canned corn because of time & veggies on hand & it still goes in our lineup any time of year.

love this recipe! it’s such a quick and easy side and i’m happy to add it to my repertoire. i added some cayenne and little sugar to make it a bit sweet + spicy and it turned out great.

Loved! My son said he could've made a whole meal of just this! Used frozen corn instead. So interesting how that the corn actually chars on the stove, with only butter (leave the lid off the skillet). Made 1/2 recipe which was a good portion for 3 people, as a side item for fish tacos. Just make the full recipe for 4-6 people.

I left out the jalapeño because I didn’t have one, but I’d definitely add it in next time- it was a little bland without. Flavor was great otherwise!

Excellent! Sweet from the corn and butter yet tangy from lime and savory from feta cheese, garlic and cilantro. FYI not very cheesy which I like but could be adapted to ones liking! Super easy!

I had to make this with frozen corn but it was all gone by the end of the party. I chilled the dip for a few hours, it was perfect as a side also
