I really love this glaze; I didn’t get a good sear on the “nice side” of the salmon, but I still enjoyed the salmon overall with the thickened glaze drizzled over it!

This was such a simple recipe and turned out really well! The salmon was very tender and the sauce goes well over rice. It wasn’t too salty or sweet. I added the scallions when adding the rice vinegar so they were cooked.
I’ll be making this often.

Loved this! I let my fish marinate for awhile and sat it on a bed of blanched bokchoy. will def make again

Excellent! I made it twice for family and friends and they loved it. The second time I added minced garlic and a smidgen of chiles to the marinade to kick it up a notch. I marinaded it for 20 minutes versus 5-10 minutes. Delish!!

Salmon cooking times are a little long, definitely don't follow them or you'll over cook your fish. Mine came out looking just like the picture and tasting great.
