Absolutely crazy.
I have worked much harder
added so many different ingredients
with lesser results.
Now I come to find out
all I had to do
was put the pot roast in a crockpot
and add a packet of ranch mix
a packet of Au Jus mix
1/2 a stick of butter
and a couple of pepperoncini.
Bravo!

Amazing.. best pot roast ever. Served over buttery egg noodles. I’d recommend mild peppers if you have kids. Mine were hot.... but my six year old still ate every bite. I threw in some potatoes at the last three hour mark which were amazing but seemed to absorb the spicyness the most, so she didn’t like the potatoes.

One of my favorite tailgate/gameday foods! Super easy and always perfect! For dinner, I serve with mashed potatoes and green beans. For gameday, I serve on nice hoagie rolls with provolone cheese. Always delicious!

Great recipe, I suggest putting the pepperoncini in at the end so they don’t get ropey and tough.
