My new favorite banana bread recipe I add an extra cup of flour and 3/4 c organic honey ( in place of the sugar) and coconut oil in place of the vegetable oil, and add brown sugar, cinnamon, white sugar, nutmeg and salt as a topping I cook it on our pellet grill at 325 F for an hour or so my family loves it!

Great! Added about 2 tbs. of cocoa powder. Chocolate chips would be good too

i put 2-3 eggs equivalent ener-g egg replacer, used soy milk instead of coconut milk, and added about half a bag of dairy free semi-sweet chocolate chips and baked in a round cake pan until the toothpick came clean and it was absolutely delicious. I ended up eating 98% of it...
