I used mini Cuisinart lava cake molds. I don’t know if the time needed to adjust for that type of bakeware instead of a ramekin, it was delicious, but inside was not lava. It was fudge I think next time I make it will lessen the cook time type for the container I used

I cooked them in a cast iron biscuit pan after preheating it to 400 degrees. Total cook time was 7 minutes and they came out great!

It was so good I just fell apart in your mouth if you don’t have ramekin pans are use a Bundt cake pans and it still taste amazing definitely recommend this recipe

9 minutes was perfect. DO use a ramekin. Don’t make the mistake of using a muffin tin...like me.

Amazing!! I used a six oz ramekin. A few tips - use baking spray instead of cooking spray, fill a little more than half way as they rise. I did 15 minutes and let cool for 5.
