Wonderful, easy recipe. It was delicious. Be careful not to overcook the sauce. I added some crushed red pepper for some kick.

Amazing! I made double the sauce since I added veggies and it turned out very well! I haven't had much luck with using brown sugar in dinner recipes, so I halved the sugar. It tasted really good fresh and as leftovers. Will definitely make this again!

Very good and easy. Going to be a dinner staple for us. We used amino acids instead of soy sauce. It made it a bit too salty. I would stick to soy sauce next time.

Turned out great! I would make it again. Husband and kids loved it! I used basmati rice and miso ginger salad as a side.

My family loved this recipe. The steak strips were tender and eaten with basmati rice. We also added broccoli to the recipe! So easy and delicious!

LOVE THIS RECIPE
For those who can’t find them here are the instructions:
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a small pan over medium low. Add the ginger and garlic and saute just until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add the soy sauce, water and brown sugar and bring it to a boil.
2. Boil for 3-5 minutes until the sauce has slightly thickened but is still lose. Set asied
3.Toss the thinly sliced top sirloin in the cornstarch. Gently shake off any excess.
4. Heat a large pan or wok over medium high heat, Cook the beef in small batches for about 2 min.
5.Once all the beef has been cooked, combine it with the sauce and heat over medium until hot and bubbly. Heat for 5 minutes.
6. Remove from heat and stir in green onions.
Serve over rice. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

Really good and quick. Husband loved it. Added red chili flakes to the sauce for heat and topped w sesame seeds. Served over rice with steamed green beans
