so delicious its now a family fav

I doubled the sauce, and threw Broccoli florets into it, letting it steam in the sauce. Huge hit, no leftovers!

Even w/o salt, it was salty…but very yummy!

I agree with others that it is a bit salty as written so next time I won’t put as much salt on the beef and just let the sauce season it. Super tasty flavors.

I substitute for soy sauce and brown sugar. Tasted great! Would make again.

This is not the same as a traditional Mongolian beef, but I would definitely make it again. I made a couple substitutions: brown sugar for the coconut sugar & rice wine vinegar instead of the apple cider vinegar. Also, by the time my beef was browned & crispy, there was no fat left in my skillet, so I heated 2 T sesame oil for cooking the garlic & ginger. I also feel that the sauce thickened a bit too quickly, so I will probably reduce the arrowroot powder to only 1T next time.

Turned out great it is a little salty but I’m adding stir fried noodles with broccoli and onions

This will definitely be my go to AIP quick meal.

Easy and yummy. I omitted the sugar, found it just a little too salty, but otherwise was very good!

Absolutely delicious and soooooo easy to make I threw in some veggies and the whole family demolished it even the kids. This dish will become a regular in our house.

Delicious! Easy and pretty quick. The arrowroot brought the sauce together beatuifully. Substituted brown sugar for coconut sugar.

We loved it. I only added pepper to the meat no additional salt.

This was so quick and easy AND delicious! Serving over white rice, as our family had no dietary restrictions. We will add some stir fry veggies next time as well for extra yumminess! Thank you for a great dinner!

Surprisingly well!
Quick, tasty!!! Will make again

It was well-recieved by my family, and I did think it tasted good. However, I had to add significantly more coconut sugar to get it in the right direction, and it just didn't give me the sticky-sweet Mongolian beef flavor I was hoping for. As someone who usually makes a lot of substitutions or looks for paleo recipes, I'm used to copycat recipes being a little bit off, but this again just didn't get close enough. I will make it again and try to play around with it, but this is my review following the recipe as-is (minus the extra coconut sugar). Like I said, it was good, just not what was hoping for.

Found it to be delicious, next time I will double the sauce and add some stir fry veggies, yummy!!!

I felt like it was too sweet and I didn’t add the coconut sugar. I also had to double the sauce and rather than doubling the coconut aminos I just used beef broth. Wasn’t bad, but wasn’t great either.
