It took me 3 hours to bake, the meat was cooked and at some point dry, whilst the potatoes were still raw and crunchy. Also very bitter and sour, not going to make again. 👎

Definitely would make this again. we had it with cauliflower rice.

The chicken was great. I used skin-on chicken thighs. I tried adding carrots and onions instead of potatoes and onions as suggested. It was okay but I think potatoes would have worked better
