This recipe was so easy—I ended up using 51% cacao semisweet chocolate chips and it turned out amazing! I folded the melted chocolate in with a spatula but it didn’t look right, so I used my hand mixer to fold the chocolate in better and then put in the fridge to set for 10 minutes. You would never know it didn’t have eggs or cream!

absolutely amazing. i used 100 percent chocolate and mixed in vanilla and when it seized added coconut oil till it came back together then folded it into the whipped chickpea water. it was yhr best mousse ive made
