- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

- 1/3 cup cornstarch (sifted if necessary)
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar (tightly packed, 1.85 ounces or 52 grams organic light OR)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (at room temperature)
