Loved the recipe. Dialed down the # of eggs (4) and added diced celery but otherwise the recipe was spot on. Also paprika was added to give it some flare.

I had never made potato salad before. This was really easy. I substituted one Tbs of Jalepeno relish for one of the Tbs of sweet pickle relish. It turned out well.

Finally! After trying a dozen different potato salad recipes, this one absolutely nailed it for me. Next batch I'm gonna add some onion to it, then it'll be just like Mama used to make. Ah, sweet, tasty memories... ;)
