Not sure if it’s me or the recipe, but this dough always comes out SO DRY following the recipe! I recommend adding ice water one teaspoon at a time until it just comes together before chilling it in the fridge. I notice a lot of recipes call for baking powder, but this one doesn’t. I love the taste and texture of these!
