i subsituted chorizo for kielbasa, its just preffered for me. i put a ton of fillings into my crust and i ended up with extra egg mix so I made a few egg muffins. they were a fail tho cus i didnt grease the pan well enough:( but the pie itself was yumm yumm yummy. took just a bit longer than 45 min.
