Easy and Delicious. I know it’s supposed to be low sodium but I did have to add some salt and I added extra clams

I used a pound of fresh clams instead or a 6 ounce can and I substituted the butter and milk with heavy cream I know I turned a healthy recipe into a heart attack in a bowl but my family loved it!!
