    I think I over-folded during the Macoronage process, they came out cracked on top. For the second batch, I forgot to put the second cookie sheet under, but they came out with nice feet. Overall very very tasty, but I’ll have to practice the technique.

    It turned out very well, great and easy recipee, Thank you, I reduced the castor sugar, as well the powder sugar. I baked at 325, with extra empty pan underneath, and that was such a good tip. I turned the oven off just as it feels firm, and left it in there —-I went shopping, and as I got home, it was perfectly dry and crisp on the outer part.......

    Tasted a lot like chewy brownies but still awesome. Added about 50g less sugar to the egg whites. Changed oven to 295 after first batch at 275 didn’t work out. Also, followed directions and had 2 cool cookie sheets under each tray - they cooked from the top down and had really nice feet. All in all a great recipe.
