- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup safflower oil (canola, or other neutral oil)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
- 3/4 banana (a medium)
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional - you could also add nuts or chocolate chips)

Used 1/3 cup honey instead of 1/2 cup maple syrup and replaced flax with an egg. Added choco chips. Also doubled cinnamon. Instant hit. Thank you for this delicious and easy recipe.

Very good! Added more cinnamon, plus nutmeg and ginger. Will make again! Will be an easy recipe to adapt other ingredients such as nuts, chocolate chips.
