Followed everything to the letter. My daughter absolutely loved it. She doesn't really eat her vegetables but she ate the veggies in this and the mushrooms. A miracle! Will make this again for sure! For whole milk and cream substitute, used low fat milk and added 1/2 tbsp of flour.
