Fantastic steak, cooked it in a cast iron skillet over medium heat with just a bit extra butter to avoid too much smoke. Otherwise, delicious and nutritious!!!

This is a really easy quick dinner. definitely should add more mushrooms. I also used green beans instead of asparagus and it was great!
