- 1 cup sweet corn (frozen or fresh)
- 2 cups baby spinach (fresh)
- 2 cups quinoa
- 3 chillies (Thai, optional)
- 2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 3 cloves garlic (finely grated)
- 5 saffron (strands)
- 1 cup tomato sauce (canned and unsalted)
- 2 tsp. cumin powder
- 5 pieces sun dried tomatoes (optional)
- 3 tsp. flax seed meal
- 3 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 3 tsp. dried basil
- 3 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 tsp. cumin powder
- 5 cloves
- 4 cups water (or enough water to make sure all the ingredients are floating. Normally, it is good to have the pan half full with water.)
- 1/2 cup unsalted pistachios (shells removed, for garnish, optional)
- 1 tsp. capers (for garnish, optional)

Way too much salt!! I’m not sure if the amount is correct. It made a lot of food and I had to throw it out it was so salty. If I make it again I will use little to no salt
