Good recipe and I recommend green onions on top when you finish cooking in the oven.

Easy preparation, added ground beef to it and a little extra spice. Added to my list of dinners to make again.

This was great!! I cooked the rice in chicken broth the night before. My family loved it. Served it with fajitas. Made enough for the next day and we made Chipotle style rice bowls.

it was very good. I used the jalapeño instead of green chilies and it was just the right heat for me. Although, I think next time I will just put a lid on it to melt the cheese rather then the broiler. I would recommend that you try this, I will be making it again.

I didn’t use cheese and I used cauliflower rice instead of regular rice and this is fantastic! I will definitely make it again

2nd attempt: Still yummy ~ I subbed green enchilada for the picante, can of corn for the frozen, added a red bell pepper, chili pinto beans, and basmati rice for the brown. Huge hit!
1st attempt: Guests begged for more - taking this on our camping trip. Made this for a cinco de mayo party.

A little smoked paprika goes a LONG way, and I felt that a whole teaspoon overpowered the other flavors in this dish. Otherwise it was easy, convenient, and tasty.

My husband and I really liked this dish. I added some chipotle in adobo because we like that Smokey heat. Thanks for a low carb Mexican dinner for Dia de los Muertos!

I live in an area where I can't get some of the ingredients, so I had to substitute the chiles/jalapeño with some small green peppers. Left out the beans and added some ground chicken. Turned out really good.

Not worth it. I use this app for almost all my recipes and they have turned out well until this one.
We didn't like the flavors. 👎🏼

This is delicious and it makes a TON. I added 1.5 cups of cubed chicken to it, and would be good on its own or with meat added. This looks like it will freeze well- could be doubled for multiple meals.
