Very good. I used 2 ovens bags instead of foil and they were cooked perfectly. Some liked them without sauce and others liked them with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce.

The recipe here is deceiving on two counts: (1) you need three hours to cook this and not one (2) you need BBQ sauce. :(
