Absolutely fantastic. I’ve made these three times so far. I add cinnamon and chopped pecans with the blueberries. It’s perfect for breakfast or a snack without being too sweet. The blueberries become sweet and jam-like inside.

This was amazing! I made muffins versus bars so it was perhaps a bit creamier than with bars but I actually liked that. I shared them with my job who are all health nuts at a functional medicine clinic and they were a HUGE hit!! Making them again !!’ I cannot recommend enough! I used flax seed meal instead as I couldn’t find almond meal for some reason and just as good cannot tell at all. I added in some oats too for texture and I loved it!

Very good! They aren't sugary sweet, which is perfect. The sweet potato and blueberries do a lot of the heavy lifting for the flavor.
