Wonderful
So easy and flavorful
I might add more salt at the end but they were delicious and simple
May not have to look at recipe again
And the roasted potatoes were a good side

Delicious! This was so good and I’ll for sure make it again. You’ll need a lemon, for some reason it’s not stated in the ingredients. I followed the steps without changes.

As good as it could get. The chops I bought had a lot of fat and there wasn’t any rosemary so I swapped it up with thyme. Was lovely flavour. Also, it doesn’t mention in the ingredients... but buy a lemon.
