- 4 kaffir lime leaves (or 1/2 teaspoon Kaffir lime leaf powder)
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice (freshly squeezed, generated from 1/2 lime)
