We love this recipe. I do make one addition however. I add a pinch or two of chipotle or cayenne power. Just the right amount amount of punch 😉

This is delicious. Looked just like the photo. Twenty minutes was just right for roasting. Loved the Parmesan topping. I cut back on the butter as some reviews suggested. Next time I will use the amount called for in the recipe.

I have no oven, so I carefully pan-fried the cauliflower and sprinkled with parmesan when it had browned nicely. I agree with Anna N.: 1/2 cup is probably more than you need.

loved it but, I think next time a little less butter/oil and parm cheese will still yield a great taste which will healthier.

Perfect! The cauliflower becomes sweet and caramelized in the roasting process. The parsley and the cheese makes it slightly crispy and oh so delicious. Very easy to make.

Very good. Can reduce calories by using olive oil spray & 1/4 cup Parmesan.

This side dish was fabulous! Easy and quick, along with being tasty and healthier than serving fries. I have made it several times before I decided to comment about it have been asked to bring this dish to many gatherings.

5 star! Wonderful! Easy! It only took 15 minutes (not 20-30) in my oven. Kids gobbled it up and no leftovers
