Ingredients

2 SERVINGS
- 2 cups filtered water
- 1/2 cup passionfruit pulp (6 to 8 passion fruit)
- 2 Tbsp. cane sugar (or other sweetener, plus more to taste)
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- ice cubes (to serve)

Directions
- Throw the water, passionfruit pulp, sugar, and lemon juice into your KitchenAid® blender.
- Secure the lid, and blend on high for about 30 seconds until the passionfruit is pulverized.
- Strain the mixture with a nut milk bag, filtration bag, or fine mesh strainer to remove the black seeds.
- Pour over ice, and enjoy immediately, or chill in the fridge before serving.
