It was good. I'm not trying to kill myself making something amazing single night. This is a nice simple good meal.

Not a very tasty dish. I was tremendously disappointed in it. My daughter even mentioned that it seemed dry and that the pasta primavera she's had prior tasted better.

Replaced zucchini with spinach and used more Parmesan than called for, and it was so good!

It was a good starter. I added asparagus, some red pepper flakes and more than just a dash of the Italian seasoning. Grilled up some marinated chicken to top it off. Yummy!

This dish is a good jumping off point. It leaves a lot of room for improvement (addition of chili pepper flakes or some light cream?) to really make it a great dish.

A very simple & quick weeknight meal using all fresh veggies from the garden! It'll definitely be one of my go to's!
