If you're used to healthy treats, then these are for you! The recipe had the potential to be bland so I added a small banana & used a full teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. They took about 30 minutes before they were done. I didn't have peanuts so I subbed walnuts instead. Delicious! Hubby loved them.

Ok but would not make again. Not very tasty.

I am not typically a healthy recipe person but I am trying different recipes in hopes that maybe I can eat better and enjoy it just as much. This recipe was easy enough. I had the chicken peas and maple syrup and peanut butter (plus the regular baking ingredients) so figured that I would try it out. I also tested on my mom 71 and niece 21, and the results were all just okay. We all agreed that it is not your typical sweet blondie but we would eat it because it is healthier, however if we were craving a blondie this would not be the go to recipe. The texture was more of a cake. The sweetness and peanut butter flavor were very light. Maybe if I get to where I am eating less sugar and overall healthier foods and my taste buds have readjusted I would make again and enjoy more.

full disclosure, I don't own a food processor, just an immersion blender. This didn't hide the 'healthy' elements, but my family liked these as a cakey snack bar!

Easy and yummy! Substituted honey like a few others and it came out great. Definitely will make again

Simple, easy and tasty. Huge success all round. Mine were more cakey (light and fluffy) than blondie, but they all got eaten very quickly.

So good! I used honey instead of maple syrup and doubled (put in a 9 by 13 pan). I made this for my brother who was just diagnosed with celiac and he absolutely devoured these.

No one in my family liked this. Only reason I could give it one star is because I managed to trick my three-year-old into trying it but then she was looking at it with a funny face. It was a grainy texture almost like liver. Not sure why it has such high ratings Probably because mostly the healthy types even attempt this. I don’t think this is a recipe for people that like normal Blondies.

Omw I loved the Blondies so much, it is delicious. I substituted the maple syrup and used honey instead. Tasty will definitely be making this again real soon.

These healthy cookies are delicious! I wrap up each cookie in tinfoil and put them in the freezer, then my kids take one to school every day and eat it instead of store-bought granola bars.
Love it!
