- 2 tsp. fish sauce (or vegan fysh sauce)
- 1 tsp. mirin (Shaoxing wine or dry sherry can also be used in a pinch)
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil

The recipe was perfect. I made with all veggies so I added more. Any and all proteins will work. I did change the sequencing of the veggies. I believe if you start with the garlic and ginger they will be over cooked and burned by the time the veggies are done. So I sequenced carrots and red bell pepper first, then I added celery and onions, then I added frozen green peas, and finally made a little pocket for the garlic and ginger. And then tossed it all together. Other than the sequencing I wouldn’t change a thing. It was delicious and well balanced and will forever be my one and only go to fried rice recipe!

turned out great! it was yummy! i did modify mine and added the things i liked. i used fresh veggies. i also did not use a wok. what i learned is for next time to have everything already portioned out and ready to pour since i was cooking on high heat the entire time.

Made the fried rice in an electric wok and it turned out great. The directions were easy to follow and I will definitely be making it a standard dish in the house.

Very good added chicken and changed up the veggies but the flavor with the "secret ingredients" is wonderful. Best fried rice I have made.

Great easy dish and my family loved it! I made it according to the directions and served dumplings with it. Next time I’ll add chicken or shrimp.

This is one of the first fried rice recipe's I've made that actually tasted good. Great recipe.
