This recipe consistently delivers a great result.

I made a double batch and got 48 rolls out of it, the picture is not even 1 batch, lol. But I loved it. I’m dairy free and so making these we’re so yummy, they were time consuming but well worth it. Definitely a hit and my boyfriend loved them too. Could put jam or butter (vegan butter if you can’t have dairy) and omg so good! Coukd probabky make mini breakfast sandwiches from them too! If you see this recipe I recommend. If you want them ready for dinner I’d start them at noon. I found the dough was sticky, I was worried about that, my dough did seperate from the bowl but it was still sticky but had elasticity, so it’s normal, once I formed it into a ball after the dough doubled in size I find it went away. But yeah don’t make a double batch unless you have like a lot of guests because one batch makes a lot. One batch did two trays if you cut them right.
Anywyas super delicious! Highly recommend! Please. Make. These. You won’t regret it. Also I did melt butter (vegan) and put it on top! Also I did have my stove at 400, I had to cook mine for 20 mins just to get it golden brown, all stoves are different though so just watch them carefully if they need extra time to golden.

these are the easiest and best rolls ive ever made, added a little honey to the butter which i put on before baking and again right out of the oven. they were devored by my guests in less than 15 minutes!!!

5 stars for simplicity, 4 stars for flavor. The author notes that she doubles the sugar, and I think either this or doubling the salt is necessary. I used garlic salt and plan to double that next time, and I used half wheat flour. This recipe is a good blank slate, however, and I want to make it again with herbs like dried rosemary or basil.

OMG! They were really good and very easy to make, I’ve made other recipes before that were horrible. I made them on Easter and I decided to use my cookie cutters instead of rolling them into balls. They were a big hit with my children and this recipe is a keeper!
