It was good. I couldn’t get the consistency to a real smooth creamy texture. But that said, I also used arugula and peas. I also subbed in 1/2 cup of cashews. Over all it was good, I used more lemon juice and more salt as well as a little pepper. A good recipe that can be built on however you choose.

Great recipe. I replaced some pine nuts with cashews (as I ran out) and still absolutely delicious.
