    Very good. Succulent pork in a rich sauce, nice curly parsley and capers for a finish. Could use a bit more lemon and maybe a white wine deglaze.

    This is an excellent dish. It looks very fancy and impressive for company. Next time I would use a little less lemon

    With no capers I had to use artichoke hearts, and it was excellent! I was very pleased I was able to substitute so easily.

    Very tasty!! i used almond flour instead. This came out WONDERFULLY!!
