I did 4 tablespoons of chia seeds instead of 1 and I think I could’ve done more. I also added 2 tablespoons of milled flax seeds and some espresso chocolate chips for some more sweetness. I recommend mashing your bananas well before mixing them in because I didn’t mash mine before and it ended up with bigger banana pieces. These were so delicious and filling 10/10
