This was an amazing recipe!!! I did add onion and garlic powder. I also used some carrots and heavy cream I had in the fridge. I'm sure I will make this over and over!

Didn’t use the butter, just the bacon fat. Delicious! Excellent use of the last bit of Easter ham I had in the freezer. Will definitely do again over the winter.
