Yum, Yum, Yummy!
The only thing I changed was that I didn’t have any lemon zest, but it was lemony enough.
Also, I only had whipping cream so I cut it in half with water.
I am a texture freak so I didn’t want it chewy as the recipe described so I added more broth and cooked it a bit longer. Opened a white Bordeaux to go with.
Can’t wait to make it again. Thanks

Delicious ! I used half n half instead of heavy cream and the dish definitely has to be immediately ate or it will get cold.
Also, i cooked the rice a little over 20 mins so maybe next time i will add a bit more broth so the rice and cook out. Other than that my family loved this recipe.
