I cooked 5 lbs of chicken breasts for 10 minutes, adding Mexican seasonings, minced garlic, and a cup of water. (Can also sub with a cup of chicken broth instead of water). 5 minutes natural release, then manually release remaining pressure. Served the shredded chicken in the juices for tacos. Turned out perfect!
