i tweaked the recipe with what i had available. First, i used a can of beer and some red wine vinegar instead of regular wine., and beef stock instead of chicken stock. After the thighs pressure cooked i also broiled them for like 5 to 10 minutes to get the skin crispy. finally, i served it with a side mixed veggies and crescant rolls. Very good with my readjustments.
