- 24 oz. Neufchâtel (or reduced fat cream cheese, softened*)
- 1/2 cup Truvía® Baking Blend
- 1 tsp. blackstrap molasses
- 4 whole eggs
- 15 oz. canned pumpkin
- 2/3 cup evaporated skim milk
- 2 Tbsp. corn starch
- 2 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 16 oz. light sour cream (softened, for best results use room temperature cream cheese, Neufchâtel, and sour cream)
