- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream (or whole milk*)
- 15 drops food gel (purple, color or violet you can use more or less, depending of the color you want to achieve)
- 2 sticks unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 6 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon zest
- 6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (depending how lemony you want the buttercream)
- blackberries (pint of fresh)
