turned out great all my kids loved it and wanted seconds. i may use less tomato sauce next time but still good.

I omitted the corn and used spicy black beans and fire roasted tomatoes. This recipe really hit the spot. Will definitely make again!

This turned out great. This was very tasty - I used black beans, omitted the corn (as I don’t care for corn that much), used multi-grain tortilla shells, and light cheese. I am going to try with ground turkey as I believe it will be just as good.
