Favorite new summer side salad! I add a little stevia and go heavy on the vinegar, plus add some other shredded veggies like carrots or whatever is in the bin!

Delicious, simple, light & you can easily modify it to include other crunchy veggies or fruit.

I fix a similar slaw but will put the slaw in a bowl, add 2-3 tbls. sugar, stir well and put in the fridge for a couple of hours to get a sweet taste , then add the peppers, onions, vinegar, and oil.
