    REALLY tasty! But this is just a bare bones recipes you need to doctor up to taste like pancakes. I followed the directions as is but added some things. First, I made sure my quinoa was very soft. I added vanilla extract, Fage Greek yogurt, and some plain protein powder. The yogurt definitely helped give it some more depth. Side note: I also make my scrambled eggs with yogurt it sour cream instead of milk. Here, you're basically pan frying quinoa in an egg mixture, so add some yogurt. I made 4 large pancakes, 2 with frozen berries and 2 with chocolate chips. Both turned out fantastic and I will be making them again in a large batch.

    Turned out pretty good. Nutty flavor, drier than regular pancakes. Would do it again for the health and low carb benefits

    I think mine may have needed a little more sugar or quinoa or something missing a little something something but even with that I thought they were delicious! Forewarning though my pancakes were not fluffy they were a little grainy like the quinoa which I personally liked. Can't wait to make it again!

    These were just OK warm and horrible rewarded. The texture was off ( rubbery) but what should have I expected with the main ingredients being egg and quinoa. Will not be making these again.😕
