Excellent. Used regular rice vinegar as I could not find brown rice vinegar. Did not use lettuce and used sushi salmon very tasty

Made it yesterday for my birthday,it tastes so good,better than rice sushi! and also gluten free which is amazing. Will definitely make it again :)
