this is the absolute best way to use up the bounty of raspberries from our ever-bearing bushes in the backyard. I ended up using almost 2 lb of raspberries and it was fine. really lovely jammy center

Awesome snacks for anytime!! Kids loved them but advanced warning, they are deliciously messy.

Turned out awesome. Had to bake for almost an hour to get it to bubble on the sides. 45 minutes didn't cut it.

I made these twice. Brown sugar definitely makes the difference. I'd recommend it to those who want an easy breakfast first thing of the day
