Excellent! I brought a bowl down to my Mother, who just celebrated her 100th Birthday and she said it was the best Ratatouille she ever had sampled. That’s a lot of years worth of tastes! Yummy from Yummly, you did it again!

This the best ratatouille that i've ever tested. I don't have fresh herbs so i used dried oregano and thyme instead but the taste is heavenly.

Very nice melange of the ingredients. I liked the cooking of the components separately and the sequence of cooking. Very clear instructions.
