- 1 red pepper (thinly sliced into semi circles)
- 400 grams pasta sauce (your favourite, I used a roasted red pepper sauce)
- 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 thyme leaves (springs, removed)
- 2 Tbsp. basil leaves (chopped)

This recipe was a big hit. The vegetables were beautiful and cooked perfectly. I added freshly grated parm to the sauce mixture for the little bit of extra flavor. I will make this recipe again.

Wonderfuk blend of veggies. I added more garlic, seseme oil, cajun seasoning, cayenne pepper; sauteed minced garlic and oregano in 5 tablespoons of olive oil; mixed all together and poured. Next time, I’ll try some vegan buttter instead of sesame oil. I’m a Louisiana Lady and gots ta have my added flava. (also added vegan Parmesan on top with a side of steamed broccoli and chickpea fratatas)

This one of the most delicious vegan recipes I had. Did use only fresh ingredients and it tasted better than expected. Thank you Yummly.

I had a group of four very hungry people over and we were all really looking forward to the Ratatouille, but unfortunately it was dissapointing. There really wasn’t much flavor at all :/ it just tasted like some veggies with a little pasta sauce on them. We followed the recipie to a T, but it just didn’t come through for us. We also have never had Ratatouille before, so we aren’t sure if its supposed to be really plain or not. Overall, if I chose to make it again, I would turn to a different recipie.

My family and I loved this. Didn’t have eggplant or bell pepper, so did all summer squash and zucchini with some sliced Roma tomatoes. Didn’t have fresh herbs so substituted with dried (1 tsp = 1 tbsp). Still tasty. Will make again.

Everyone in my family (including my 6 year old) really enjoyed this. I'm allergic to eggplant, so I used extra yellow and green squash, but it was still delicious.

Excellent! I added tomato and green pepper instead of eggplant. I would definitely make this again.
