This is a wonderful recipe! Sometimes I use regular tomato’s instead but it always comes out so pretty and delicious!!

Wow, it tasted so French!. The colors were so appetizing we had to take pictures for instagram!. Yes, we would make it again and again. I followed the directions carefully, but didn't have thyme sprigs so I added about a teaspoon of Savory Spice Shop's Italian Herbs just before it went into the oven. The herb mix was French thyme, Greek oregano, California Basil, marjoram, cracked rosemary and imported sweet basil. For the cup of basil leaves I used fresh basil from the garden. This dish the one to serve close friends. I would serve with warm country french bread and french wine.
