It was delicious! My entire family loved it and went back for seconds (thank goodness i doubled the recipe. I forgot to take pictures before they dug in, and there are no leftovers to take a picture of. 10/10

The rise was very well cooked, soft and creamy. And the mushrooms gave it a very good taste. Personally I cooked 3 clovers of garlic and the sliced mushrooms with some olive oil, salt and black pepper, afterward I added water and the rise.

It turned out wonderful . I did add more stock and more mushrooms . It was a little too much lemon . So I will cut to 1/2 lemon instead of a whole one .

It was perfect after I added a second quarter cup of Parmesan cheese to the recipe.

Taste is great, but add about 1/2 to 1 cup of more of broth or water to finish cooking the rice.

it was delicious, however I needed to add more broth at the end and cook for 10 more minutes on low to finish cooking the rice. I followed the instructions to the T and even set timers because this was my first time making a risotto. It was a very easy recipe to follow and will definitely make again, with extra broth in the beginning

Cooked it exactly as the recipe, but next time I will use slightly less cream, and put some spinach leaves in

Do not add cream. Add just a little Parmesan cheese. Used cauliflower rice. It was yummy.

The recipe was spot on. The recipe is great and easy to follow. It was very tasty! The lemon zest and juice are the superstars of the dish. I added chicken to mine.
At first I though the stock would have been too much so I made it sit longer on the high heat before adjusting to medium. I then had to turn it down to low quite early to make up for my error lol.
I would definitely make it again.
