    This recipe is great, just the right amount of sweetness. I went light on the cinnamon and added two green cardamom. I will make again.

    I changed it up a bit. I ended up adding 1 cup of rice. Cause I figured the proportions sounded off. And I added the 2 1/2 cup of milk and 2 cups of water. Then I upped the sugar of course and 2 eggs instead of 1. And it tasted fantastic.

    LOVE THIS! I only had half and half and skim milk in the house so I made it with half and half instead still turned out tasting delicious just the same. Nice and easy to follow too

    We avoided the raisins but the pudding turned out fine. It took much longer to cook the rice than expected but the end product was delicious!

    Proportions are not accurate between rice and liquid I tried twice with this recipe to be successful terrible results both times do not try

    Not bad, though it sticks to pot so badly. @_@ I also have to make it super thick, or else it's nasty! I like the moderate amount of sweetness and how filling it is. <3

    This is the easiest rice pudding recipe I have ever tried and it came out perfectly the first time. I am converted! I had always used a recipe with both milk and evaporated milk, and this is as creamy with just the whole milk. YUM
