02-16-2021, salted the chicken the day before, prepared EVOO, 1 tsp of garlic powder , 1 tsp of onion powder , lemon zest, 2 TBsp lemon juice, dried rosemary and thyme. Very moist and juicy , 1 cup of white wine, baked at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 350 for 30 min. Added potatoes , carrots and onions

Pretty good. nothing fancy to us as I make whole chickens regularly. Good flavor though. The lemons were questionable as i was preparing this, but ended up giving just a lemon-y hint. Worked out alright!
